We are looking to hire an HR generalist and skilled trainer, ideally located in Southern California, who can provide guidance to businesses across the State. Enjoy all of the freedom of being a consultant without the stress and hassles (like overhead and marketing) of being self-employed.
This role is remote with occasional travel, primarily in Southern California, to visit member and training sites. There is also occasional travel to our headquarters in Sacramento for quarterly meetings.
Supported by a dynamic team of professionals, administrative support, marketing and sales, you will assist our members on numerous employment matters including developing and presenting HR compliance trainings, customizing employee handbooks, and providing guidance on our HR support line on wage and hour, leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, workplace investigations, safety and more.
Reporting directly to our Senior HR Director, the ideal candidate for this position will have a B.A. degree and a minimum of 10-15 years of HR generalist experience in California. The applicant must be proficient with computer skills and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
The salary range for this full-time, remote position is $80,000/year - $105,000/year, medical/dental/vision benefits, a generous PTO/Sick Leave/Holiday plan and a 401k plan with immediate vesting and a 4% match!
