What We’re Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, showcasing your expertise.
- Experience in a warehouse distribution environment preferred.
- A solid understanding of Federal, State, and local employment laws and regulations, along with equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements.
- Knowledge of FMLA, FLSA, ADA, and other employment legislation.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to tackle complex problems effectively.
What You'll Do:
As our Division Human Resources Manager, you will:

Manage Finances: Oversee budget compliance and expense management, recommending strategies for cost reduction while maintaining quality.
